Full Plus Pool Cleaning Plan: The Defender of Lutz Pool Owners

For the residents of Lutz, FL we provide a Full Plus Pool Cleaning Plan that keeps your list of pool chores considerably short. To keep your pool water blue, healthy and clear simply maintain proper water level, run the pool equipment, and notify us of any issues. Sunny Pool Care of Lutz technicians do everything else. Pool owners on this Full Plus Plan are visited weekly (during Fall and Winter twice a month is optional) by an experienced and insured Lutz pool specialist.

Customers wanting to save a little bit each month can consider our Regular Pool Cleaning Plan if you don't mind doing a few regular tasks. Signup for this Full Plus Plan to have one of our Lutz pool cleaning techs visit your home on a weekly basis to complete the list of duties below.

We evaluate your pool water and apply the proper minerals and chemicals to keep your water in optimum condition.
We verify your automatic pool cleaner operation.
We keep your pool water healthy and treat any algae. Algae Free Guarantee.
We brush your pool (tiles, steps, walls).
We backwash your filter on regular basis.
We empty your pool skimmer and pump baskets.
We vacuum your pool.
We clean your automatic pool cleaner (bag / filter).
We net your pool.
We help you monitor your pool operations by reporting any observations of pool issues.
We clean your pool sweep wall screen.
We check your pool equipment.

What You Do

Report any sightings of swimming pool issues.
Keep the pool equipment working approving repairs when required.
Maintain proper water level.

Notes

Monthly price is based on a four week billing period.
Stabilizer treatments quarterly.
There might be additional startup charges for initial cleaning & treatment.

Stabilizers Treatments & Filter Cleanings

Regular filter cleanings and stabilizer boosts are required for most swimming pools in Florida. A few times per year our service techs need to remove phosphates, boost the stabilizer and perform a filter cleaning with acid. A stabilizer treatment and filter cleanings cost $49 each quarter for those on a weekly plan.

Our Full Plus Pool Cleaning Plan covers residences in most of the Lutz, FL metro area. Homes located in zip codes: 33558, 33549, 33559 and 33548 and others, can signup for our weekly pool cleaning routes.
